Tower 5000

The Tower 5000 is our heavy duty Tower. It can be used for horizontal truss constructions, as well as a base for a roof construction, for X to XL constructions. The sleeveblock we are using has a unique design. Almost all going trusses fit on this block: P100, P100 Folding, P60R , P50 and P50 Folding. Top and bottom are steel rings, which are on the corners bolted together with long thread ends. Match stronger and safer than the conventional versions.

The P50 Tower truss has climbing braces on two sides. This tower can always be climbed regardless of the position of the truss and the topsection. The steelbase of the Tower
5000 is bigger than that of the Tower 2000. The profile is also heavier. There is an extra spindle in the middle of the steelbase in order to release downward pressure. The
[outriggers] have been supplied with adjustable connections for the stabilization bars. The advantage: it always fits. The steelbase has extremely strong wheels and spindles with asymmetric ropes.

The Tower 5000 is calculated by the engineering agency Michel; this static calculation is available on request. We can always provide a calculation of the (im) possibilities if the
towers are to be used in non-standard situations. Again, after all: safety first.
