Guus Meeuwis is celebrating his 50th Anniversary Great with a soft G concert

Guus Meeuwis passed the magical threshold of 50 stadium concerts during the 12th edition of his ‘Groots with a soft G’ concerts in June of this year. An achievement which has never been realised by a Dutch artist before. The concert series started in 2006 and has since developed into the largest annual music event by a solo artist.

A boy’s dream came true in 2006 when Guus gave his first concert in the Philips Stadium in Eindhoven. The singer has now welcomed more than 1.7 million visitors to his Groots with a soft G concerts. Unique numbers in the Netherlands for a solo artist.
